The Build IT tool is a Software Engineering Methodology and templates for the key deliverables or "artifacts" so critical to producing high quality, maintainable software.   Effective Software Engineering methodologies not only reduce performance risk in development projects, but also are self documenting in that the artifacts produced are key to transferring knowledge to teams and enabling future maintenance efforts.

Build IT contains the proven and effective methodology that we regularly deploy in our Services for client's either just starting internal software development or with the need to advance their software development capabilities.   It is tailored for small to medium sized businesses with five to fifty software developers.  It is efficient and provides a balance between productivity, management control, and documentation.
